IT Audit - Senior Manager - CISA - QICA -ACA
Our client is recognized as one of the world largest and most prestigious organizations in their field, providing professional advice and support to worls leading financial services organisations
The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Audit professional to deliver high level consulting services around technology assurance in the financial services markets. The role will include occasional national and less frequent international travel, visiting key clients, developing business and building relationships with key stakeholders.
You will head up a team of direct reports in this varied role which offers challenges and ever changing projects. You will constantly ensure key organizational practice and policies are adhered to, through constant and direct people engagement. 
Within this role you will be in a position to exercise your skills in strategic planning such as budget and forecasting and risk management to ensure all delivery targets are met. 
Being a people centric and a career building organisation this role offers hands on development through team motivation and coaching for performance, regular one-to-one appraisal meetings and driving sales performance whilst leading from the front.
The Candidate:
Successful candidates will display a combination of the following:
A proven track record of successfully delivering IT advisory and assurance services preferably gained within the financial services industry as well as experience in managing large, complex IT risk and control / audit engagements.
Strong leadership and people development qualities 
Ability to understand and interpret complex IT risks and controls and relate them in a business context and to express opinions clearly to all levels. 
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and first rate interpersonal skills. 
Excellent reporting and presentation skills. 
Ability to develop strong client relationships.
