Job description:
I have an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity to join this leading FSTE financial service organisation. You must have a minimum of 2 years test experience to define test scenarios, deliver test deliverables, design and document and report on test work streams. You will support the business in the delivery of major business critical projects.
Your skills should include most of the following:
Experience in key test phases (integration, system, performance, regression, etc.) with planning and scripting experience
Experience in Peer/Technical Reviews, honest, tactful and responsive when interacting with colleagues
Varied experience of working with structured requirements and agile methodologies
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, critical thought and rational enquiry skills
Committed to quality driven results and a thorough approach combined with desire to deliver excellent customer service across the project lifecycle
Strong communication skills (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
In depth understanding of the project/product lifecycle with active interest in support throughout the product lifecycle
Knowledge transfer, presentation and handover skills
Planning and time management skills
Strong T-SQL, SSIS and SQL Server skills and experience
Knowledge of Data Warehousing methodologies and terminology, e.g. ETL, EDW, ODS, OLAP, Dimensional data stores, data marts
Experience with Enterprise level applications utilising Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
