Job description: Our client, a leading Facilities management provider, is currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to join their award winning Facilities Division. The ideal candidate will have worked with in the facilities management arena, having experience of working on multi site / multi client contracts on a national basis encompassing both Hard and Soft Services. The key responsibilities for the Service Delivery Manager will include: • Work with the Account Manager to align and deliver strategic targets and management of key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives across your contracts. • Have an understanding of client business risk and drivers to assist with aligning a tailored and flexible delivery solution. • Be responsible for the commercial management of delegated operational services, including control, monitoring and management of delivery cost and revenue charges. • To support the Account Manager in ensuring that all future account development opportunities are commercially, technically and operationally viable. • Management and delivery of an effective and consistent communications to client and service provider organisations. • Support and attend regular operational meetings / team briefings with staff and suppliers to deliver clear understanding of business objectives, contract performance and display excellence in communication. • Support and attend monthly meetings with Account Manager and client representatives aligning performance with business objectives, strategic plans, provide contract KPI status, service delivery, health & Safety, statutory compliance and commercial performance. • Develop and maintain close business relationships with clients’ operational personnel and management teams to align delivery requirements / standards with client expectations. • Ensure all operational services and agreed contract objectives are consistently delivered on time and in accordance to the contract requirements. • Support the Account Manager in working in close partnership with HR and L&D team to ensure the management and development of staff within account to ensure excellence in customer service and operational delivery. • Support the management and compliance with all aspects of SIA / SQE requirements across all contracts. • Conduct regular performance reviews with Third Party suppliers operating across your contracts. The successful Service Delivery Manager will have: • Good all-round understanding of delivering hard / soft service facilities management • Experienced at managing, influencing and operating within a multi client / contract environment • Financially aware with strong commercial focus applied within a large organisation • Have the ability to develop and implement service delivery in line with strategic business objectives • Capable of managing change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision • Be flexible in your approach to client and team relationships • Be capable of making decisions and bring clarity to difficult situations • Ability to work well with others and continue to deliver results under pressure • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly |
